*Degree of Difficulty: Unhappiness Worksheet V2 typically has a moderately high degree of difficulty, with a rating of 5 to 9 (scale of 1 to 10, 10 being hardest), just to complete the sheet (because of the emotional factor, facing our hard stuff). This does not include the difficulty of putting the written plans into action and doing the life work. Of the more than 30 life tools I have developed, this one has a very high rate of return when executed.

*Prerequisites (required pre-work):

1.) Willingness and commitment to make dedicated time for working on the sheet.

2.) Willingness and commitment to sit down and work on the sheet with brutal honesty.

3.) Willingness and courageousness to face your monsters and start to create positive change in your life. We are not hoping life gets better by itself.

4.) Acceptance that completing this sheet is the easy part. Then be willing to accept the challenge to now go do the the real life work once you have formulated the plan.

*Doing the work to complete this document might bring you to your knees in tears.

Comes with: This version two (V2) includes written instructions, video instructions, and one personal coaching Zoom video call (60 min.). The alternative version one (V1) is less expensive because it includes only written instructions. There are two free YouTube videos online offering help here

Time required to complete: Minimum of 1.5 hours and possibly as much as 6 hours or more to complete this worksheet.

Maintenance / sustainability: I suggest you copy and paste your final worksheet into a new Excel tab and start over at least once per year or whenever you get stuck. Be sure to regularly save the work.

*Disclaimer: This product, version two (V2) is a simple spreadsheet with column headers, a very big blank page, and a second tab of written instructions, that's all. Will this sheet save your life or make it better? No, neither the sheet nor the work you put into the sheet will do that. But if done with enough intent, effort, and honesty, this sheet will give you a plan, that's all. A plan for positive life change. The real work is up to you. In my experience, you can't wish or hope your situation improves, but rather you need a plan and then you need to work the plan.
